The booth handles patient registration, guides the user through vitals capture, submits the case to a connected doctor, and delivers a prescription or follow-up instruction — all in a single session.
Each booth is pre-configured for the institution before deployment. It runs on the ArogyaX platform, meaning all data flows into the same secure backend used by web and mobile users.

What Happens Inside a Consultation Session
Patient Registration
New or returning patients register via OTP verification or guest access, depending on the institution's configuration. No paperwork, no forms to fill by hand.
Vitals Capture
The booth guides the patient through measuring available vitals — including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and SpO2 — using connected peripherals or manual entry.
Doctor Connection
The consultation request is submitted to an available doctor in the connected queue. The doctor reviews vitals and conducts the session over audio, video, or text as configured.
Symptom Logging
Patients describe their concern through a structured, guided interface. The system formats this as a case summary for the reviewing doctor, reducing back-and-forth.
Prescription Output
Doctor issues a digitally signed prescription. The patient receives it on screen for review, and can have it sent via SMS or collected as a printed copy if a printer is attached.
Session Records
Every session is logged with a timestamp, session ID, and audit trail. Institutions access aggregate data and individual records through the admin dashboard.
